Established in 2024, Goodwell Foods is a premium frozen pizza manufacturer based in Pittsfield, NH. We operates a state-of-the-art high-speed production line optimized for small-format pizzas. Our professional staff has significant product development, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, food safety, finance, and manufacturing experience to meet the evolving needs of our customers. We take pride in making our pizzas from scratch using an all-American supply chain to deliver exceptional taste and quality in every bite.

Vikram Mansharamani

FOUNDER, OWNER, AND CEO

The son of immigrants, Vikram learned about business from the bottom up; his first job was pumping gas at his dad’s gas station. Now an entrepreneur with over 30 years of international business experience, he has advised and served on the boards of some of the largest companies in the world.

But that’s not all: Vikram also taught business and economics at Harvard and Yale and is the author of three books. Worth magazine once named him to the “Power 100”, its list of the 100 most powerful people global finance. And LinkedIn has twice listed him as its #1 Top Voice in Money & Finance.

In his spare time, you will find him with his wife and two children…skiing, hiking, and enjoying New Hampshire’s beautiful outdoors.

Lenny Logan

VP OF OPERATIONS

Lenny keeps things running smoother than freshly rolled dough. With 38 years in pizza, bakery, and sweets, he’s done it all, even decorating cakes with precision. A former all-star baseball player and swimmer, he’s always diving into new projects, whether it’s in the kitchen or at home. His go-to slice is meat lovers, and his dedication, versatility, and passion make him the cornerstone of Goodwell’s success. 

Angela Adcock

DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING

By day, Angela runs the show as Director of Accounting, conquering finance like a pro; by night, she’s rocking out to live music and cheering on New England sports like it’s life or death. As our  Queen of Calculation, she brings strength, smarts, and spreadsheet savvy to our team, making sure that everything always adds up.

Rob Varsalone

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES, SAFETY AND EXTERNAL AFFAIRS

Prior to Goodwell, Rob was running projects, conducting research, and promoting democracy around the world. (Don’t ask him how many countries he’s been to – he’s not sure.) In his spare time, you will find him serving his community (he’s a former fire department volunteer and the current chair of his town’s Budget Committee) and cheering his kids on at soccer games.

Lisa Paradis

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Lisa Paradis is the Guardian of Goodwell and as our Quality Control Manager she makes sure each and every pizza is produced to our specifications and high standards. In her spare time, you will find her four-wheeling, reading, doing puzzles, and spending time with her fur babies. With a steady hand and a no-drama attitude, she makes sure each bite brings quality and consistency – every pizza, every time.

Ann Philbrick

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Ann makes sure our warehouse runs smoothly and our pizzas get out the door on time. She brings farm-forged grit, forest-wandering wisdom, and the kind of calm only a worm-farming, firefighter-volunteering, treasure-hunting powerhouse can provide. Quiet in words but loud in spirit, she keeps things flowing smoother than melted cheese—her favorite, unless she’s feeling wild enough for pineapple. 

Tim Shepherd

FACILITY MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Tim is a sharp-minded, self-described “nerd” who is always working to make sure things work. He runs the team that keeps Goodwell running…fixing, trouble-shooting, setting things right. A veteran pilot, guitar player, and master problem-solver, Tim makes sure everything is running like a fresh-oiled machine (literally and figuratively).

Zach Snyder

PLANT MANAGER

The production floor is Zach’s domain. He’s the field marshal that leads our production troops, making sure the line is running smoothly and churning out pizza. After work, you can find him in the gym (how much can he bench press? A lot) or on his bike— riding fast, free, and far.

Pedro Gallego

SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Pedro Gallego is our powerhouse Shift Supervisor at Goodwell, bringing pride and hustle to every shift; if charisma was currency, he’d be making bank. Whether he’s coaching football, creating music, or connecting with his crew, Pedro is a natural leader who knows how to get things done.

Jannalee Adamtzikis

SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Jannalee is our dynamic  Shift Supervisor and her personality and laughter fill the room. She leads her team with heart and soul, and you can hear her singing over the din of the machines. If we could bottle her energy, we could power our plant and have plenty to spare.

Charlie Giammarco

FOOD SCIENTIST

Charlie has been whipping up wild food creations since age six—armed with a whisk, curiosity, and a love for pepperoni and black olives. When he’s not crafting the next great slice, you’ll find him diving reefs, chasing forest light with his camera, or giving a heartfelt TED Talk on broccoli (if you let him).
